Appointment Policies:

Appointments: Out of respect to all of our guests and service providers, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled time of appointment. In the event that you arrive after your scheduled service time, we may be unable to guarantee full services.

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly ask that you contact us within 24-hours in the event of cancellation. For any notice less than 24-hours our service providers and salon will be compensated for lost revenue by billing your credit card 50% of the services reserved. Not showing for scheduled appointments on 2 or more occasions may result in required prepayment for all future appointments.

Spa Reservations:

In order to reserve a spa appointment, we require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation.
